Remember Who You Were Before the World Told You Who to Be

A journey for women ready to release old identities, reclaim their power, and consciously rewrite the story they’re living.

Maybe life looks fine on the outside.

You show up for the people you care about and you handle your responsibilities. You keep moving forward.

Yet somewhere along the way, you may have started to feel disconnected from yourself.

You say yes when you really mean no.

You give more than you have to give.

You find yourself repeating the same patterns, even when part of you knows there must be another way.

Maybe you’ve spent so much time being who others needed you to be that you’ve forgotten to ask yourself what you need.

Maybe you sense there is more to you.

More freedom, more truth, and more importantly,
more life.

Not because something is wrong with you.

But because something inside you is ready to be heard.

If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone.

What if nothing is wrong with you?

What if you don’t need to become someone new, fix yourself, or work harder to be enough?

What if the person you’ve been searching for is already there beneath the expectations, responsibilities, old stories, and patterns you’ve carried for years?

Re-Write Her was created as a space to slow down, step away from the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with yourself.

Through guided reflection, movement, breathwork, meaningful conversation, and connection with horses, you’ll be invited to explore what no longer fits, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with the woman you’ve always been underneath it all.

Not a new version of you.

The truest version of you.

A Simple Yet Powerful Process

Real change doesn’t happen by becoming someone else.

It happens by becoming more honest with yourself.

Throughout this experience, you’ll be guided through a process of awareness, release, and realignment designed to help you reconnect with who you truly are.

Step 1 : Identify What’s Not Working

Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, habits, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, disconnected, or living in ways that no longer feel true.

Step 2 : Let Go of What No Longer Fits
You release limiting beliefs and old identities through guided journaling, movement, and breathwork.

Step 3 : Reconnect With Yourself
You rebuild trust with your intuition and learn to listen to what you actually want and need.

Step 4 : Define Who You Want to Be

You decide how you want to think, feel, and show up moving forward.

Step 5 : Create New Patterns
You start thinking, acting, and making decisions in alignment with the new version of you.

Step 6 : Live It Daily
You integrate these changes into your everyday life so you feel more confident, clear, and grounded.

A Return To Yourself

Life moves quickly…

Between responsibilities, relationships, expectations, and the constant demands of everyday life, it can become easy to lose touch with yourself.

Re-Write Her is a one-day retreat created to help you step away from the noise and reconnect with what matters most.

You.

Through meditation, guided journaling, movement, breathwork, meaningful conversation, and equine connection, you’ll be supported through a process of reflection, release, and realignment.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is an opportunity to remember who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and stories you’ve carried for years.

A chance to slow down, to listen, and reconnect.

To return to yourself.

The Journey That Inspired Re-Write Her

On January 18, 2012, I woke up at 2:00 in the morning with my heart racing.

I felt like a bird trapped in a cage trying to escape.

A question kept running through my mind:

“Is this how I’m going to live the rest of my life?”

From the outside, my life looked fine. I was married to a good man, I had stability, and there was no obvious reason to leave.

Yet deep down, I knew something wasn’t right.

I felt disconnected from myself.

For years, I tried to make things work. I tried to fit into a life that no longer felt aligned with who I was becoming.

Eventually, I could no longer ignore the truth.

Leaving was difficult.

So was everything that followed.

But each experience taught me something important.

The peace, love, and happiness I was searching for weren’t waiting for me somewhere outside of myself.

They were waiting for me to come home to myself.

Re-Write Her was born from that journey.

Not because I have all the answers.

But because I know what it feels like to lose yourself.

And I know how powerful it can be to find your way back.

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is the One Day Women’s Retreat?

This is a guided, in-person experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and release emotional and mental patterns that are keeping you stuck. We combine meditation, journaling, equine bonding, and movement-based energy work to create real internal shift in a single day.

Who is this retreat for?

This is for women who feel disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed by overthinking or overgiving, and ready to stop repeating the same emotional patterns. You don’t need to be “spiritual” or experienced, just open and willing to be honest with yourself.

What can I expect during the day?

You can expect a structured but gentle flow of guided practices including grounding meditation, reflective journaling, movement to shift energy, and a powerful equine bonding experience. The day is designed to help you feel clearer, lighter, and more connected to yourself by the end.

Do I need any experience with meditation or personal development?

No experience is needed. Everything is guided step-by-step, and you are supported throughout the entire process. This is about meeting you where you are, not requiring you to already know how to do anything.

What if I feel emotional or uncomfortable during the process?

That is completely normal and often part of the release process. You will be in a safe, supported environment, and nothing is forced. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and choose what feels right for you.

What will I take away from this experience?

Most women leave feeling more grounded, emotionally lighter, and clearer about themselves and their next steps. The goal is not just a good day, it’s a shift in how you relate to yourself moving forward.
